Submission sent electronically accepted: No Manufacture of boxes (kitchens and bathrooms) The Office d'habitation de l'Outaouais manages a housing stock of more than 3,500 housing units and solicits tenders for the manufacture of cabinets (kitchens and bathrooms) for housing units located in the various housing complexes of the OHO and HOM .
Interested persons and companies can obtain the tender documents from May 9, 2022 by contacting the Electronic Tendering Service by contacting one of the representatives by telephone at 1 866- 669-7326 or by consulting the website . The documents can be obtained at the cost established by the Electronic Tendering Service. Also, interested persons can consult the tender documents for the regional construction associations . Only are considered for the purposes of awarding the contract, tenders from tenderers having their principal place of business in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement and who have the license required under the Building Act.
The tenderer must submit with his tender a certificate issued by Revenu Québec relating to his tax obligations: this must be valid until the end of the three-month period following the month during which the certificate was issued.
Tenders must be prepared on the forms provided in the tender documents.
Tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee. It must be valid for sixty (60) days from the date set for the submission of tenders. This guarantee can be in the form of:
a bid bond representing an amount of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000.00) using the form (section 00320 of the estimate) or issued by a company legally authorized to stand surety, where
a certified cheque, a money order, a bank draft, an irrevocable letter of guarantee representing an amount of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000.00).
