Renovation of an educational facility in Tumwater, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of July 20, 2022, project has not been awarded. Anticipated award date will be on July 28th. EOE/THES Illness Room Renovation Projects for the single General Contract which includes General, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection and other work, for East Olympia Elementary (EOE) located at 8700 Rich Rd. SE, Olympia, WA 98501 and for Tumwater Hill Elementary School (THES) located at 3120 Ridgeview Loop SW, Tumwater, WA 98512 all as indicated on Drawings. Provide bid proposals by the due dates and times listed. A certified check or bank cashier's check or bid bond executed by a State licensed surety company made payable to Tumwater School District is required with each bid, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Base Bid. The low-bid General Contractor shall provide its Health and Safety Plan along with its other post-bid submittals. Contractor's Health and Safety Plan shall also address its Covid 19 provisions.
