Sealed bids will be for furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, superintendence, and labor for construction of the following improvements for the City of Tyler, Texas: City of Tyler Group 4 SS Mainline Specialty CIPP The project includes: addressing 36 sanitary sewer gravity main asset locations using cured in place pipe liner and sectional liner. This project will also include open cut replacement of two (2) 48-inch diameter sewer mains. The project includes installing/replacing manholes, connecting existing services, and all incidental items associated with these tasks such as constructing access road, bypass pumping, traffic control, and pavement/sidewalk repair work. Any questions/answers or addenda will be managed through Electronically. In accordance with House Bill 1295, for certain contracts entered into on or after January 1, 2016, the successful bidder must submit a Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295) at the time the signed contract is submitted to the CITY.
