Renovation of a municipal facility in Clinton, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Van Buren County, Arkansas, will receive sealed bids to purchase and install flooring at the Courthouse Annex including all relevant moving of furnishings required to complete the job. The County encourages all small, minority, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise persons and Women Business Enterprise persons to submit bids. Encouragement is also made to all general contractors that in the event they subcontract portions of the work, consideration is given to the identified groups. Each bid must be submitted on the prescribed bid form. The bid proposal and work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county and local ordinances and regulations. Any bid may be rejected which contains material omissions or irregularities. Also, a bid may be rejected if it, in any manner, shall fail to conform to the conditions of the Bidding Requirements and Contract Documents. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject bids, and choose the most qualified bidder for the project.
