Design a 4-storey building with 40 to 45 purpose-built rental units, in a mix of one, two, three, and four-bedroom units. Ensuring that design, specifications and drawings meet the requirements of BC Housing Design Guidelines and Construction Standards, BC Housing Design Guidelines for Womens Safe Homes, Transition Houses, Second Stage Housing and Long-term Rental Housing, BC Housing Commissioning Guidelines, and the program requirements of the non-profit society intending to operate the future building. TIMELINE: Request for proposal from prime consultant and architectural services including sub-consultants services, is closed. Project manager do not release successful proponent. Proponents must submit a signed Appendix 10 [Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), to obtain the RFP Appendices containing site specific details. No submission will be accepted from proponents who did not submit the NDA. Further update may be availbale fall 2023, upon approvals.
