Equipment details: 30KVA maximum with an initial rating 20KVA to utilize the existing input breaker 120/208 3-phase input and output in lieu of existing 120/240-volt output. Only one feed to UPS and one feed output External maintenance bypass is required so new UPS could be removed without affecting the load. 15 min. battery at full 20KVA and 40 min. at 10KVA load. Maximum size: 44" w by 34" d with bypass 20" w by 6" d(includes ACCESS) Startup 7 by 24 Web card for networking New ups feed a NEW output panel (120/208 volts) which then feeds the Existing 2 single-phase panels. Service requirements: 2 years ON-SITE warranty from startup including internal batteries. 7 by 24 coverage (telephone and in-person support) with an expected response within 2-3 hours and a maximum of 4 hours response. Requirement for 3 Factory engineers within approx. 110 miles of site to enable meeting this response requirement. The service group shall be Factory Direct which has access to UPS firmware upgrades -NO 3rd party techs allowed. The service group must have the support of the Factory Engineering Dept. in event of difficult repair situations. Bid received after the designated date and time will not be opened nor returned. Submit two (2) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy (Flash Drive) of your response to the City of Opelika, Purchasing Department. The City reserves the right to evaluate all bids, waive any technical or informalities, reject any and/or all bids and proposals, and further specifically reserves the right to make the award and/or awards in the best interest of the City.
