The work to be performed under this contract is generally described as, but not necessarily limited to road surface preparation, application of Asphalt Rubber Aggregate Membrane (ARAM) and Micro surfacing treatment to local streets, and the removal and reapplication of pavement markings and traffic striping. A Bidder who is not a DIR Registered Contractor when submitting a proposal for Work is deemed "not qualified" and the proposal of such a Bidder will be rejected for non-responsiveness. Pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5, all Subcontractors identified in a Bidder's Subcontractors' List shall be DIR Registered Contractors.
