Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Stafford, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The City of Missouri City intends to contract with one (1) firm to perform and provide construction plans for the New Sta-Mo Sports Park. The construction and demolition plans will include architectural engineering design, details, and specifications to bid and construct the new complex on the existing Sta-Mo Park Facility Site at 1917 Moore Road. The selected firm will be responsible for the following but not limited to: Space evaluations, Preliminary design, design development, architectural design, civil engineering, MEP engineering, IT Data design, structural engineering, sports field design, concession area design, surveying, environmental assessment of existing facility, demolition plans for existing complex, geotechnical report, bid specifications, final design, TDLR review, and construction phase engineering. The selected firm will provide recommendations to the City to develop budgets for construction, construction phasing, permit/ utility connections FFE and IT equipment.
