Renovation of a stadium in Richmond, Virginia. Working plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The owner has selected a Design Builder. Your firm is invited to submit a proposal to provide audio-visual, broadcast, acoustic and security camera requirements for the Henrico Indoor Sports Facility in accordance with the enclosed Specifications and General Terms and Conditions. Nothing herein is intended to exclude any responsible offeror or in any way restrain or restrict competition. On the contrary, all responsible offerors are encouraged to submit proposals. In accordance with Va. Code 2.2-4373, to not limit the number of potentially qualified offerors in a manner contrary to its best interests, the County has determined that any potentially qualified offeror may submit a proposal in response to this RFP, including any person, who, for compensation, prepared this RFP, or any portion, for or on behalf of the County. The County of Henrico reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals submitted. Pursuant to Henrico County Code Section 16-43, the award will be made by the Purchasing Director.
