The tenderer who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the estimate produced by the municipality of Grosses-Roches dated The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders.
