Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Renfrew, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.

Bonnechere Manor is requesting proposals for services to make improvements to the courtyards at the 470 Albert Street, Renfrew, Ontario. Design and build services to incorporate artificial turf and safety surfaces allowing walking and wheelchair use while minimize risk of injury from falls. Surfaces will provide drainage to prevent water from entering the building at doorways. One small area left as garden earth to allow for annual planting. The Building is a 141,000 sq ft building built in 1995. There are 4 courtyards located at the center of each home area. Two of the courtyards are approximately 6000 sq ft, and two are approximately 3000 sq ft. They consist of cement walkways planted areas, and large trees. Due to the current pandemic, all persons visiting Bonnechere Manor for this RFP will be required to have proof of two vaccinations and a negative rapid test (to be completed on site and will take approximately 15 minutes) for COVID-19 before being granted access to the building. Bonnechere Manor will supply a medical grade mask that is to be worn by all persons at all times. This same requirement will be applied to the successful bidder of this RFT for all work done on Bonnechere Manor Property. Contractors must register for the site visit by contacting David F. Norton, Environmental Services Supervisor. Contractors will be shown the job site and given a tender package.
