Saving Project...

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Gainesboro, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The scope of the project consists of concrete and steel work at Bicentennial Park, Montpelier Ave. Gainesboro, TN 38562. The concrete work to be completed consists of a 4 3500 psi slab approximately 50 x 50, 8 column footings approximately 4 x 4, a 12 retaining wall approximately 50 x 50, approximately 300 of sidewalk 5 wide reinforced with 6-6-10-10 wire, and 10x12 pad and 4 sets of 7-step stairs. The Steel work to be completed is for a 20 x 50 mezzanine structure. Work for concrete and metal may be bid separately. The construction and installation include labor, equipment and all other items necessary to complete the work. Contractor must adhere to Davis Bacon Requirements and must be a licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee.
