Said bids will be opened by the Purchasing Director as soon thereafter as the opening can begin in the 9th floor conference room of the Montgomery County Administration Building. Registration is required for bid to be eligible for submission. Pursuant to Section 153.54 et. seq., of the Ohio Revised Code, the bidder shall submit a BID GUARANTY in the form of either. A bond for the full amount of the bid. A site tour will follow.
