Pursuant to the Complaints Management Policy in connection with the awarding of a contract available on the City's website under the tab http://www.shawinigan.ca/Affaires/Appels-d-offres , the deadline for receiving complaints is May 16, 2022. The documents relating to this call for tenders can be obtained by contacting the electronic tendering system by contacting one of its representatives by telephone at 1 866 669-7326 or 514 856-6600, or by consulting the website quoting the reference number SI-21-016. The documents can be obtained at the cost established by the electronic tendering system. Only qualified bidders, under the Qualification Policy in the awarding of construction contracts of the City of Shawinigan, at the time the contract is awarded will be considered by the council. The City of Shawinigan does not undertake to accept the lowest of the tenders or any of the tenders received and assumes no obligation of any kind whatsoever towards the tenderer(s). Bid Bond 10% is required. Performance and Material Bond 50% is required. awrd is subject to final approval
