As of January 10, 2024, per owner, an architect has been selected. No general contractor yet, as the bid is still open to the public and proposals are due on January 16, 24; the anticipated Board approval and contract award will be February 20, 2024. Notice to proceed February 21, 2024. Phase 1 Start: March 4, 2024 Phase 1 Substantial Completion: July 15, 2024 Phase 1 Completion: August 2, 2024 Phase 2 Start: August 5 2024 Phase 2 Substantial Completion: December 23, 2024 Phase 2 Completion: January 12, 2025 Any questions regarding the RFQ must be sent via e-mail to the following individuals: j.boller@cotterconsulting.com rschwass@oakton.edu echandra@oakton.edu The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
