The Office of Exposition Park Management (OEPM) is soliciting bids to procure all materials, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary for Irrigation System Services. The contract will tentatively be in effect on July 1, 2022 or upon approval of the Department of General Services and the contract price will not exceed $50,000 per Fiscal Year. The contract will be let for one (1) year (up to $50,000), and will include two (2) one (1) year renewal options (additional $100,000 maximum); for a total amount, including renewal option, up to $150,000. In submitting your bid, you must comply with all instructions contained herein. The contract is tentatively scheduled to commence on July 1, 2022 and end June 30, 2023 with two (2) one (1) year renewal options, for renewal years of July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024 and July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025. Any changes to the period of performance must be done as a written Amendment to the Agreement by the Office of Exposition Park Management.
