Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Cullowhee, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 30,565-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center; for site work for a clubhouse / community center; for paving for a clubhouse / community center; and swimming pool.
As of October 28, 2022, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Selective Demolition of existing buildings at the project site and as indicated on the drawings 2. Grading of an existing area to provide center 3. Construction of; competition swimming pool and locker rooms; recreational pool and play structures; offices, and support areas 4. Construction of new landscaping and parking 5. Other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Payment will be made based on ninety-five percent (95%) of monthly estimates and final payment made upon completion and acceptance of work. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of 30 days. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
