All offerors must provide with their offer, the COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement Certification attached to this RFSO, to be given further consideration in this procurement process. This Certification is incorporated into, and forms a binding part of any resulting Contract. Work Description: Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is inviting Offerors to submit proposals for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO). The purpose of the General Construction Standing Offer Agreement is for construction services that include but are not limited to, installations, alterations and repair work, as and when required, at a variety of sites including, but not limited to office buildings, warehouses, storage facilities, detachments, garages, and private residences throughout the Yukon Territory for various federal government departments of Canada. The work will comprise of the supply of all labour, material, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to carry out repairs, alterations and additions. The Work performed under this Standing Offer will be for various locations in the Yukon Territory. THIS STANDING OFFER CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT: The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) with approved Document Safeguarding at the level of PROTECTED B, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to PROTECTED information, assets or site(s) must EACH hold a valid RELIABILITY STATUS, granted or approved by the CSP, PWGSC. Bidders are required to provide by email to the Contracting Authority: the names, telephone and email address of the person(s) who will be attending. The details to the MS Teams meeting will be emailed to all the Bidders who have expressed interest in attending. A record of the attendance will be taken at the bidders conference. Delivery Date: The period for placing call-ups against the Standing Offer shall be for one (1) year commencing from the start date identified on the Standing Offer with two (2) irrevocable options to extend the term of the Standing Offer each for an additional consecutive twelve (12) month period. Estimated Value: The total dollar value of all Standing Offers is estimated to be $2,400,000.00 (GST or HST included).
