The Washington County Public Works Department is issuing this request for proposal (RFP) to provide bi-annual spring glass cleaning services of all exterior windows at the locations listed below: o Forest Lake Service Center: 1995 Forest Road North o Stillwater North Shop o Mahtomedi Library o Oakdale Library o Woodbury Service Center o Woodbury Environmental Center o Cottage Grove Library o Cottage Grove Service Center It is anticipated that the contract term per this Request for Proposal will be a one-year term and may auto-renew up to four additional one-year terms, with the solicitation process occurring approximately every five years.
