Reference number : 1603070 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-05-26 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope FOR SNOW REMOVAL AND WINTER MAINTENANCE OF THE ROAD NETWORK OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAINTE-APOLLINE-DE-PATTON PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT: The Municipality is requesting tenders for the maintenance of its winter roads Option A- three-year contract (2022-2023-2023-2024-2024-2025 with the possibility, at the discretion of the Municipality, to extend the contract for an additional season; Option B- five-year contract (season 2022-2023, 2023-2024, 2024-2025, 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 with possibility, at the discretion of the Municipality to extend the contract for an additional season, the total length of snow removal is 25,465 km. The document submitted by the bidder must be accompanied by a bid deposit presented in the form of a certified check, a bid bond or a letter of bank guarantee in the amount of $12,000, valid for the entire period during which the tender must remain in force and cannot be withdrawn. The Municipality does not undertake to accept the lowest tender, nor any of the tenders received, nor to incur any obligation, nor any costs of any kind towards the tenderer(s). It declines any responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. Performance bond 20% is required.
