Pursuant to Washington State Statue RCW 87.03.436, North Spokane Irrigation District No. 8 is compiling a revised Small Works Rosterof Contractors who wish to submit proposals for various construction projects with an estimated cost not to exceed $300,000 and that do not require the formal sealed bid procedure. The roster shall be comprised of contractors who have requested to be placed on this roster and who are properly licensed and bonded to perform such work in the State of Washington The categories of contracting include, but are not limited to, the following: 1.
