Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid. The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $1,690,000.00, including the potential change orders identified in Amendment No. 01, Item 5. The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than September 15, 2022 and must be completed no later than October 15, 2022. NO PHYSICAL WORK MAY COMMENCE ON SITE PRIOR TO JULY 4, 2022.
