Project Name: SR 347 Widening Project (TRACS) Number: F0436 01D District: Central Route/MP: SR 347/SR 238 to Maricopa City Limits Funding Source: Minor Projects Funding Construction Funding FY: FY 22 The Project will widen SR 347, adding a third northbound through lane, curb, gutter and sidewalk along the east side of SR 347 from north of SR 238 to Lakeview Drive; a fourth northbound acceleration lane for the westbound to northbound movement at the Lakeview Drive intersection; and asphalt repairs on existing asphalt on northbound SR 347. The Project will also include reconstruction of the existing Lakeview Drive median and intersection widening. The consultant shall prepare preliminary and final construction documents, supporting documents and all clearances necessary to bid and award the project for construction. The services shall include but are not limited to: Project Management, Agency Coordination, Site Visits, Survey/Control/Base Map Preparation, Design exceptions, Drainage Analysis and Drainage Design, Geotechnical/Materials Report, Utility Data Acquisition, Coordination and Relocation Design (if applicable), Environmental Analysis, Support for Public Meetings, Cost Estimates, Schedules, and Construction Phasing. There will be no Pre-Submittal Meeting associated with this solicitation. As the project progresses, it is anticipated that an additional scope task that may be requested on this project will be Monument Existing Right of Way Questions, in Writing, Shall Be Received by Ecs at the Below Email Address Until 3 Business Days Before Soi Due Date at 2:00 P.m. (Arizona Time). No Further Questions Shall Be Accepted After the Time Specified. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
