Renovation of an educational facility in Metairie, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
No bids may be withdrawn after scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least thirty (30) days. The Owner has the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities. Plan holders are responsible for their own reproduction costs. Sealed proposals shall be marked on the envelope cover, plainly and prominently with the following: a) bidders name, address and telephone number b) State License Number of Contractor if the bid is in excess of $50,000.00 and c) the statement Proposal for (project name and number). Bidders have the option to submit bids electronically in accordance with Louisiana Revised Statute 38:2212 E (1).
