The scope of work includes the following: Remove the existing asphalt, sewer manhole and pipe. Install a new sewer manhole and 8" sewer main. Remove a portion of the concrete filled culvert in order to match the proposed flowline. Pave back the road matching the existing grades, with a section of 3.5"AC / 6"AB. Providing traffic control to close the road as needed. It is intended that all work shall be completed during the month of June to avoid conflict with the school traffic. The work to be performed consists, in general, of a sewer main repair. Other such items and details not mentioned herein that are required by the plans, Standard Specifications or these Special Provisions shall be performed, placed, constructed, or detailed. Bids are required for the entire work described herein. The Contractor shall posses a Class A license at the time this contract is awarded.
