Reference number : 1603074 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-05-24 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope The Town of Chandler is requesting quotes for the installation of water meters for industrial, commercial and residential use. Tenders must be accompanied by a certified check payable to the order of the Town of Chandler for an amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the tender or a tender bond from the Insurance company established at the same amount and valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of opening of tenders and payable to the applicant. In addition to the 10% bid bond, the bidder must attach to his bid a performance guarantee of an amount equal to or greater than 10% of the total amount of the bid, all taxes included. This performance guarantee will be kept until the mandate has been fully completed and all the water meters have been installed. The Town of Chandler does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders submitted and incurs no costs or obligations for losses suffered by the tenderers as a result of such decisions. Performance bond 10% is required. *Project canceled - No bid submissions received
