**As of July 27, 2022, project was awarded to Set in Stone Contracting, Inc, awarded amount is $307,400.50.* The work to be performed under this contract consists of the removal and replacement of approximately 415 feet of Middlebrook Boulevard from the intersection of Havendale Drive to Heatherwood Drive. The pavement will be replaced with reinforced concrete pavement on new compacted aggregate base. New curb, underdrains, pavement markings, catch basin repairs, and sewer repairs are included in the work. All bidding documents must be obtained from the offices of Euthenics, Inc., duplications of the Bid Form and Contract Documents will be considered unacceptable Each bid must be made upon the Bid Form provided in the contract documents and must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 100% of the amount bid or a certified or cashier's check or letter of credit drawn on a solvent bank in the State of Ohio in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount bid as a guarantee that if said bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and a Surety Bond satisfactory to said City in an amount equal to 100% of the total bid will be furnished. Checks shall be made payable to the City of Brook Park, Ohio. Bids will be opened and read at the time and place stated above.
