The County is limiting participation in this tender to general contractors who hold membership in the Grand Valley Construction Association to ensure their legal and financial capacities, and the commercial and technical abilities, to undertake this project. Therefore, bids will only be received from general contractors meeting this requirement. The following list of prequalified mechanical and electrical contractors must be used as the subcontractor for the specified part of work in the tender.
