Refinish restroom floors in K-8 and 9-12 buildings at Venture Academy. Venture Academy plans to resurface (clearcoat) 18 restrooms and 3 common areas at its K-8 building located at 495 N 1500 West, Marriott-Slaterville, Utah 84404 as well as resurface 14 restrooms with grey epoxy at 508 N 1500 West, Marriott-Slaterville, Utah 84404. Quote must include the following: 1. Price for K-8 Building (select restrooms and common areas): Clean and prepare existing clearcoat surface for new clearcoat for 18 restrooms and 3 common areas (see attachment) repair several areas where existing epoxy has come up from concrete floor (see attachment) Tape off and protect existing thresholds, vinyl wall base, walls, carpet, etc. Toilets will be removed by Venture Academy before project will begin Apply clear epoxy coating to all restrooms and common areas on floors. Seal floor to wall corners for waterproofing. 2. Price for HS Building (select restrooms) Strip existing grey epoxy coating that is breaking away from concrete floor in 14 restrooms (see attachment) Remove old joint caulking from concrete joint lines Property etch and prepare concrete for new epoxy coating. (Avoid current issue of epoxy not adhering to concrete) Tape off and protect existing thresholds, vinyl wall base, walls, carpet, etc. Toilets will be removed by Venture Academy before project will begin Apply matching grey epoxy to restroom floors. Epoxy should run into concrete joint lines but not fill them. Seal floor to wall corners for waterproofing. Apply expandable grey caulking to concrete joint lines after epoxy dries. Contract Award Date: No later than May 20, 2022 at 5:00 pm MST Project Start Date (Earliest): No earlier than July 6, 2022 Project Final Completion Date: No Later than July 29, 2022
