The County of Orange (California), OC Community Resources/OC Parks seeks competitive bids for Outdoor Concrete Furniture as more fully detailed in Attachment A, Scope of Work, in the Model Contract.Contract duration: 3 years With the exception of the applicable California State Sales Tax, price shall be inclusive of all costs including freight/delivery/shipping and handling charges and profit.Accept or reject in whole or in part any or all bids at its sole discretion and to solicit for new bids, as the County may deem to be in its best interests; Withdraw in part or in its entirety this IFB at any time without prior notice; and/or Further negotiate pricing with the lowest Bidder as necessary to serve the best interests of the County; The County makes no representation that any Contract will be awarded to any Bidder responding to this IFB.The County at its sole discretion reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids received as a result of this solicitation or to cancel in part or in its entirety.
