The County of Santa Clara (the County) is requesting bids from recognized and authorized Creston resellers to provide Creston Audio-Visual Equipment and Professional Services specified in this Invitation to Bids (ITB). County requires a bidder that is a Crestron certified Silver or higher programmer with following courses completed DMC-E, DM-NVX, NVX Tool, and has taken the Flex courses. This is an Invitation to Bid, which is an offer and acceptance. Bidders who take exception to any of the County Standard Terms and Conditions (as attached) will be deemed non-responsive and their bids will not be considered. This is an all-or-none bid. Bidders must provide pricing for all items specified in this ITB. This solicitation will result in a purchase order awarded to a Single Vendor. Bid prices should not include sales tax or any other government-imposed fees as the County will calculate the applicable taxes and fees upon award
