Certificate of Occupancy/Fire Sprinkler System Performance Period: 730 Continuous Calendar Days Liquidated Damages: Twenty-Five Hundred ($2,500) Dollars per Continuous Calendar Day and as set forth in the Construction Contract Page A Bid Bond prepared on the form attached to the Construction Contract as Appendix C or a Certified Check of the Bidder for five (5%) percent of the Bid Amount must accompany the Lump Sum Bid Form. Immediately upon receipt of Notice of Intent to Award Letter/Signature Page to the Construction Contract, the successful Bidder shall furnish to the SCA and maintain during the term of the contract, at its own cost and expense a Construction Performance Bond in an amount at least equal to one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price as security for faithful performance of the Contract; and a Labor and Material Payment Bond in an amount at least equal to one hundred (100%) percent of the Contract price for the payment of all persons performing labor on the project under the contract or furnishing materials in connection with the Contract. The SCA has determined that the work under this solicitation involves HVAC, Plumbing and Gas Fitting and Electrical Work. All proposed "Wicks" trade subcontractors must be prequalified by the SCA.
