The Contractor shall provide construction work necessary at this CBOC site to support the Veterans Health Administrations (VHA) change to the new Electronic Health Record Management (EHRM). VHA requests the Contractor provide design and construction services to include all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision and other services necessary to upgrade the leased property in accordance with this scope of work. Work will be preformed at Katy CBOC located at 750 Westgreen Blvd, Katy, TX 77450 and Tomball CBOC located at 1200 W Main St, Tomball, TX 77375 Contractors shall begin construction within 10 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed and complete construction within 180 calendar days. This is a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside competitive procurement pursuant to Public Law 109-461 (38 USC 8127). The SDVOSB is required toperform a minimum of 15% of the construction work. The SDVOSB must be a small business under the relevant NAICS code. IMPORTANT: All SDVOSB contractors shall be Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) verified with the assigned NAICS code in order to receive contract award.
