Project No : GLCRM 559-22 (including Plans of Tr3e I22-562) Tenders in a sealed envelope bearing the mention "Tender REFECTION OF THE DIANE ROY LEISURE CENTER " including the public notice of call for tenders, the Plans and specifications (3) initialed on each page, instructions to tenderers and tender form and APPENDIX 1 and 2 of Contract Management By-law 165-20 - Declaration of the signed bidder The Municipality of Lac-des-Aigles reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received and to remove certain parts of the contract. The Municipality will also not be liable for any lawsuit or claim for costs or losses suffered by the bidders as a result of such decisions.
