Optical Cross-Connect Cabinet for its' General Services Division. The intent of this Invitation is to identify and select an outside independent qualified vendor representative to supply and support the identified materia All Bids must be received in sealed envelopes marked -OPTICAL CROSSCONNECT CABINET" prior to the date and time listed above. The envelope should bear on the outside the name of the proposer and his address. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the BID must be enclosed in another envelope addressed to ATTN: Keith Williams Bowling Green Municipal Utilities, 801 Center Street, Bowling Green, Kentucky 42101 No faxed or email responses will be accepted. Bowling Green Municipal Utilities reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation the rights to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids; and to reject any Bid if BGMU believes that it would not be in the best interest of BGMU to make an award to that vendor, whether because the Bid is not responsive or the vendor is unqualified or of doubtful financial ability or fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established. Bowling Green Municipal Utilities also reserves the right to waive all informalities not involving price, time or changes and to negotiate contract terms with the Successful vendor
