Renovation of a municipal facility in Decatur, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Meigs county Government is seeking Sealed Bids to replace the roof on the City/County building located at 351 River Road Decatur TN 37322. Scope of work to be completed is as follows: Remove existing roof, install new 1 Poly ISO insulation, installation of new roof. Install flashing on all walls, at penetrations, curbs, pipes and drains. Install water block, wood nailer for walls and drip edge. Contractor is responsible for removing a debris.
