The major items of work to be performed under this Contract include replacement of primary feeder circuit breakers at various buildings throughout the Authority's Eureka Wastewater Treatment Plant and provision of electrical coordination studies. All bids must include lump sum or unit prices to be considered for award by the Authority at their option after review of the bid amounts. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 6/1/2022 4:00 PM Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft or bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid price made payable to the Authority.
