Department: Pre-Qualified Contractor Opportunities Provide Labor and Materials to: 1) Provide and install a new marquee sign. a) (1) 6' x 12' double-faced, LED-illuminated cabinet with a pair of 3'x 11'6" Electronic Message Centers (EMCs) b) Reuse the existing posts & pole covers, cutting the posts approx 10' to support the new cabinet. c) 3' x 3' illuminated topper cabinet d) (1) pair of 3'1" x 11'6", 20mm, full-color ThinkSign EMCs e) Wireless communications. System must tie in to the CPS network, not just a single PC. f) Software installation & Initial Software Training on school-provided PC. System must tie in to the CPS network, not just a single PC. g) Backlit, Lexan faces for the school name and/or logo h) Connect to an existing, working power supply. Provide any additional electrical work as needed. i) Connect to an existing, working Ethernet port. Provide additional cabling as needed. j) Use an existing, available Ethernet port somewhere on the west side of the building. If one is not available, contractor will need to run CAT-5 or CAT-6 and set up a port. 2) Relocate the existing sign. a) (1) 6' x 12' double-faced sign cabinet w/ Zip Tracks b) Remove the existing sign cabinet and relocate it to the southeast side of the building. c) Install (2) new posts into the ground and anchor with concrete.
