Renovation of a municipal facility in Mount Airy, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,500-square-foot municipal facility.

Installation of cellulous, or comparable insulation to meet or exceed the requirements of R-40. The area to be insulated is an estimated 6,500 sq. ft. area. Proposal should include the cost ofinsulation, cost oflabor in hours billed, clean up, and estimated time for beginning and completing the project. Any interested providers can schedule a time or inspecting the area the work is to be performed at 1231 Dicks Hill Parkway Mount Airy, GA by calling 706 778-6990, M-F, 9-5pm. - If Materials and workmanship contain a warranty and length of warranty. All project proposals submitted shall be subject to acceptance or rejection. The Town of Mount Airy specifically reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and proposals, to waive any technicalities and formalities in the process. Supplier shall submit all required forms, if any, and information simultaneously with sealed bids. Any and all forms or information becomes part ofthe property ofthe Town of Mount Airy and will not be returned unless a written request to withdraw is received prior to June 6, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. Payment: When awarded, payment by the Town of Mount Airy will be the normal 30-day cycle, after the work is completed or as otherwise agreed upon by the parties.
