Concrete Repair for Street Parking Lot Contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and insurance to provide asphalt hot mix concrete leveling course in depressed localized areas and joint crack sealing of existing parking area, in compliance with Arkansas Departmnt of Transportation PG64-22 surface course (or better). Remove damaged brokenwheel stops and replace with new or existing anchor. Dispose pf refuse off site if needed. Site Visit is scheduled for June 2, 2022 at 10:00 AM, CST. Contractors are to meet Mr. John Knight (Project Manager) at 622 W 4th Street, Little Rock, AR Magnitude of Construction is between $100,000 and $250,000 All RFIs will be due by June 7, 2022. After June 7th, 2022 no more RFIs will be accepted. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Purpose of this project is to repair the 4 th street parking lot for the Little Rock Old Post Office/Courthouse Federal building by providing joint and crack cleaning and sealing, estimated at approximately 9100 linear feet. Provide new full depth hot mix asphalt concrete pavement patching in localized areas in compliance with Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) PG64-22 surface course (or better). Contractor will replace 11 curb stops and add about 20 new curb stops on parking row nearest old courthouse building. Contractor will restripe the parking lot of about 170 numbered spaces. Contractor will apply sealant coats on the parking lot. It is estimated at 50,530 SF.
