Renovation of a municipal facility in Edinburg, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Texas Juvenile Justice Department Evins Regional Juvenile Center is in need of reinforcing a total of 12 offices removing sheetrock and installing plywood and use (color) latex paint once reinforcing is complete. All offices are aproximately 10x10x8ft. Vendor must: remove all office currently installed sheetrock in 12 offices, install 3/4 b,c plywood and reinstall new 5/8 sheetrock back on top of plywood. Vendor must: carefully and precisely cut around all exisiting counters and cabinets that are permanently anchored to the walls. Vendor must: remove and re-install all other obstructions such as light switches, receptacles, etc., and reinstall once the installation of plywood has been completed. Vendor must: Install 3/4 plywood with the appropriate screw size for secured reinforcement. 5/8 sheetrock will be installed on top of plywood tape and float and painted with latex paint. Vendor must: Make sure all floors are clean with no paint or concrete dropping left behind once the project is complete.
