A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The City of Moscow is soliciting proposals from interested companies, system integrators and/or manufacturers of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations to install publicly accessible EV charging stations within the City of Moscow. The City is seeking funding through the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment Program (funded through the Volkswagen Settlement). Project award and construction shall be dependent upon the City receiving grant funding for the full cost of the EV charging station installation and maintenance as specified herein. In partnership with the City, the selected respondent will be required to furnish, install, operate, and maintain the EV public charging stations and ensure that the EV public charging stations are accessible and safe to use at all times by users for a minimum of five (5) years.
