Renovation of a mixed-use development in City of Industry, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This RFQ seeks proposals from qualified design-build firms capable of providing comprehensive energy, gas, and water infrastructure modernizations. It is the intent of the Hacienda La Puente Unified School District to improve the health and efficiency of its facilities through HVAC modernizations, indoor air quality improvements, utility savings measures, renewable energy solutions and other operational efficiencies.
