3059: AS-NEEDED ENGINEERING SERVICES Notice is hereby given that the New Orleans Public Belt Railroad Commission for the Port of New Orleans (NOPB) is seeking proposals from one or more qualified firms (Respondents) to provide a range of As-Needed Engineering Services related to the expansion of railcar storage facilities to include; land surveys and site investigations, geotechnical investigations, sub-soil explorations, hydrological investigations, planning and environmental studies, design phase services, construction phase administrative and inspection services, program management, and project management services. Official bid documents can be downloaded from the NOPBs website, under the Procurement page. The time limits set forth in La. R.S. 38:2215 are not applicable to this solicitation because Agreement will be funded in part with federal grant funds.
