Renovation of a fire / police facility in Canisteo, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Project includes the following Work: The removal and replacement of emergency generator and improvements to the HVAC system at the Police and Fire Department Building. All bids must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the amount of the base bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. Any bidder may withdraw their bid at any time before the time set for the opening of the bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) days after the date of opening, but may withdraw it any time prior to the scheduled closing time for reception of bids. The Village of Canisteo reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in or to accept or reject any or all bids.
