Pittsburg Power Company ("PPC") is a public agency and joint powers authority comprised of the City of Pittsburg and the former Pittsburg Redevelopment Agency. PPC provides retail gas and electric service on Mare Island in Vallejo, operating under the name Island Energy. 2. General Information.
