The scope of this solicitation and resulting contract is to assist GLWA in establishing the maintenance needs of the equipment specified and assist in planning and scheduling maintenance and capital improvement projects necessary to maintain fully operational systems. Also included is the corrective maintenance work of clean up and adjustments that are required on the equipment. The Contractor shall provide all permitting, labor, material, equipment, and incidentals including tools, safety equipment, supplies, transportation, insurance, bonds, bid bonds, and supervision to rehabilitate GLWA elevators throughout Southeastern Michigan. Questions Due Date: May 30th 2022, 12:00 PM EDT The term of this Contract shall be for 3 years (the "Initial Term"). GLWA shall have two (2) one-year options to renew this Contract (collectively, the "Renewals") at GLWA's sole discretion and at the terms and conditions specified in this Contract.
