Renovation of a medical facility in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
OBHS Elevator Modernizations - 1. New self-closing and self-locking, two-hour fire rated machine room access door. Door shall be labeled with letters not less than two inches in height (2") reading "Danger Elevator Machine Room". 2. Provide new machine room lighting. All lighting fixtures must be guarded and provide a minimum illumination of not less than 19 fc (200lx) at the machine room floor level. 3. New machine room lighting switch and 120V/20A Duplex GFIC outlets will be provided. The new machine room lighting switch will be located per code requirements. 4. New 110V car lighting panels will be provided and run to the building's life safety panel.
