The Scope of Services includes inspections, maintenance, repairs, and installations of electrical systems, components, and equipment as required by the City's service requests. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to satisfactorily complete the project. This is an on-demand contract. Annual quantities on the bid schedule are for price comparison and are estimates only. Quantities will vary depending upon need. Types of services shall include but not be limited to: Change ballasts (dimmer, regular, and emergency) 277 voltage Receptacles 120 volts Maintain dry-type transformers Inspect and maintain breaker Light switches (toggle and motion) and Wall Outlets Electronic automatic flush toilets Occupancy sensorsSurety Bonds (If Required) Replacement/installation of troffers and other fixtures Update existing lighting fixtures to LED Exterior wall sconces Low voltage device repair and replacement New data and power circuits Cubical installation and repair (electrical portion) Surety Bonds (If Required) Questions regarding quotes should be directed to Samantha Murray, Buyer, at Samantha.murray@lawrencevillega.org or by calling (678) 407-6421 by 3:00 PM local time on May 27, 2022.
