The State of Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is seeking professional design services for revisions to the Iowa State Penitentiaries House Hold 4 smoke detection system. DAS reserves the right to accept or reject any exception taken by a prospective Company to the terms and conditions of this RFP. Should a prospective Company take exception to the terms and conditions required by DAS, the Firm's exceptions may be rejected and the entire Proposal declared nonresponsive. DAS may elect to negotiate with the Company regarding contract terms or the contents of the Firm's Proposal. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
